Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and volume of the shipment.

Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international standards, and we hold key quality certifications including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Just send us the pictures or samples, and we will accommodate your request. Please note that custom requests may take a bit longer for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are replenished monthly. Stock levels vary based on sales conditions, so please consult our sales representative for accurate inventory info. For payments: under 800 USD, 100% in advance. Over 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
