Q3What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Q4Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or unlisted items may require slightly longer production and delivery times.
Q5Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced on a monthly basis, subject to sales conditions. Please contact us for accurate inventory. For payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance is required. For payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment is required. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
