Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on destination and package weight.

Yes, our manufacturing facility and medical devices strictly comply with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 quality standards and CE regulatory requirements.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the buyer handles the freight cost.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, custom or matching requests are welcome. Simply send us drawings, photos, or physical samples. Please note that customized production may require additional lead time.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed standard products with monthly production replenishment, depending on sales demand. Please consult our representative for real-time inventory. For payments: under USD 800 is 100% in advance; over USD 800 is 30% T/T in advance and balance before shipment. We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
