Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our manufacturing facility and orthopedic devices are certified under strict international medical standard regulations. Relevant documentation can be shared upon client request.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test market our products. We could offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. But this takes a little longer time for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, which are produced monthly. However, it depends on our sales condition. It is better to ask our salesman for accurate inventory information. Payment <= 800USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods are via L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.

We strictly follow cleanroom processing standards, raw material testing, online inspection, and final quality control checks to ensure all spinal and orthopedic instruments meet surgical precision standards.
